The late Mr. Howard Cashin
Howard Cashin (29 Nov 1920 - 3 Sep 2009) was an illustrious contributor to Singapore's law and sports landscapes. His family arrived with Sir Stamford Raffles and has been a significant part of Singapore history. City College is proud to carry on his name with the establishment of the Howard Cashin Library.
